Worth developing one’s eye to nature – be quiet, observe. And to natural food – to nourish the body and soul. Pleasures for self and friends, to share the bounty of our areas and regions. The photos here reflect my eye on the nature around me, wherever I am, and the fun in experimenting with fresh, natural ingredients for a range of “cuisines”. We are all nourished in various ways. At best, by food whose origins we know, as natural as possible, supporting neighboring farmers who practice sustainable agriculture. But we are also nourished by the beauty we can find in our surroundings, if we focus.
